Warranty

Global Mark guarantees the high quality of all products supplied to military units, volunteers, charitable organizations, and international partners. We are confident in the reliability of our MilTech solutions and provide an official warranty for every item.

Standard Warranty

  • Warranty period: 12 months from the date of receipt.
  • Applies to: drones, UAVs, EW systems, control modules, components, and other equipment manufactured or supplied by Global Mark.
  • Proof of purchase: electronic invoice, receipt, or other valid purchase document.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Malfunctions not caused by user error;
  • Issues with electronics, firmware, or structural components;
  • Failures occurring under normal usage conditions.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Mechanical damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper storage;
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or third-party interference;
  • Failures due to non-original components;
  • Products modified without manufacturer approval;
  • Items showing signs of combat damage (unless covered by a separate agreement).

Warranty Service Procedure

  1. Contact a Global Mark manager via phone or email.
  2. Describe the issue and provide photos/videos if needed.
  3. Arrange return shipment of the item for diagnostics.
  4. After inspection, we will:
    • repair or replace the item;
    • or issue a refund (if repair/replacement is not possible).

Processing Time

  • Diagnostics: up to 5 business days from receipt of the item.
  • Repair/replacement: up to 10 business days depending on complexity.
