Returns and Exchanges
Global Mark adheres to transparent and fair return and exchange policies, taking into account the specifics of military technologies and the needs of our clients. We aim to ensure maximum trust and convenience in every transaction.
General Conditions
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- the product remains in its original condition and packaging;
- there are no signs of use or damage;
- a valid proof of purchase is provided (invoice, receipt, or electronic confirmation).
Non-returnable Items
According to Ukrainian law, the following items are non-returnable:
- custom-made products;
- ammunition or combat modules;
- items showing signs of use or damage;
- activated software or firmware.
If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is identified, the item may be repaired or replaced under warranty.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Contact a Global Mark manager via phone or email.
- Describe the issue and provide photos/videos if necessary.
- Arrange the return shipment to our warehouse.
- After inspection, we will:
- exchange the item for an identical or alternative product;
- or issue a refund (if replacement is not possible).
Review Time
- Standard review time — up to 5 business days after receiving the item.
- During peak periods — processing may take longer, and we will notify the customer accordingly.
